We offer a comprehensive 100% Plant Guarantee valid for 1 year from the purchase date, requiring the original cash register receipt. Photocopies or debit/credit card statements are not accepted for verification. Extend this guarantee to 2 years by purchasing our Garden Centre Plant Starter at the time of plant acquisition.
Houseplants:
Enjoy a conditional warranty on all houseplants for 30 days from the date of purchase, with the original cash register receipt. We do not accept photocopies or debit/credit card statements for verification.
What will we do for you?
Should a plant covered by our guarantee perish during the coverage period, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the purchase amount. To honor this guarantee, present the original receipt and the deceased plant. Before removing the plant from the ground, please email a photo to nursery@grandgardencentre.com for eligibility verification. For the 2-year guarantee, you must present the plant starter, original receipt, and deceased plant purchased concurrently.
Perennials, Roses & Grasses:
If perennials, roses, or grasses fail to grow during the season of purchase, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the purchase amount. Please note that annual grasses are not guaranteed beyond the purchase season, and perennials, roses, and grasses are not guaranteed over winter, with the guarantee expiring on December 31st.
Planting Guarantee Limitations:
The guarantee excludes annuals, hanging baskets, vegetable plants, potted flowers, orchids, and bonsai, as well as any nursery stock planted in above-ground containers. It does not cover plant demise from incurable diseases, uncontrollable pests, human, animal, vandalism, or natural causes. The guarantee is invalidated if the plant is not planted within 7 days of leaving our premises. Retain your Grand Garden Centre receipt.
2. 2023 Holiday Return Policy
No returns on Christmas décor after December 24, 2023. Seasonal merchandise sold at 30% off or greater is final sale, as are clearance items and gift baskets.
3. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
You may return your purchase for a refund, store credit, or exchange at Grand Garden Centre, provided the original receipt is presented. Full refunds or exchanges are possible within 7 days. Store credit is available from day 8 up to 30 days from the original purchase date, excluding pest control, concrete products, custom orders, live plants, and patio furniture. Products must retain attached tags for returns or exchanges.
Exceptions:
Sod and concrete products are final sale. Yard/bulk products must be picked up the same day as purchased, with no returns, guarantees, or exchanges. Patio furniture is final sale, eligible for repair or replacement under the manufacturer's warranty. Custom seed orders and products sold at 40% off or greater are also final sale, without refunds, exchanges, or price matches.
4. Online Orders & Delivery
By placing an order with us, you agree to ensure payment for purchased items and acknowledge that prices may change. You must provide a valid email, delivery address, and billing information. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for any reason, with refunds issued if payment has been processed. Additional information may be requested before confirming sales, with restrictions possible on product sales. For physical products, we may pre authorize your credit/debit card upon order placement or charge upon delivery. Monitor your payment method, as delivery costs and dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
